If you would like to enrol your child at The Ark Salisbury Lutheran Kindergarten, please download and complete this preliminary enrolment application form. Alternatively, you can complete the form at the bottom of this page. Upon receipt of the application form a non-refundable fee of $50 is payable to secure your child’s place. You will be contacted by the kindergarten if there is an available place and when this payment can be made.
